ATV, Snowmobile, Boat and Trailer听registration renewals听can be processed online through the State of Maine听website.

Dog Licensing & Renewal Online

Dog Licenses may be processed online between October 15th and January 31st.

Hunting and/or Fishing License Online

Hunting and Fishing Licenses can be processed online through the State of Maine听website.

Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce Records Online

Vital records can be purchased on-line through the State of Maine website.

Library Book Renewal Online you can renew your library book online through the听Baxter Memorial Library website.

Open Burn听Permit Online

If conditions are favorable, residents are able to obtain Open Burn听Permits for FREE during the hours of:

Monday -听Friday:听8:30听am to 4:30听pm
Saturday &听Sunday:听8:30听am to 12:00 pm

Pay Taxes Online

Beginning November 10, 2014, Residents can make credit/debit card payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Property taxes can be paid with a Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, or American Express card. 听Payments are processed through Maine PayPort Online, a third party service working in partnership with the Town of 美媛馆. 听By using this third party service, your credit card information is processed through a secure site. For any questions regarding this service, please call (207) 222-1611. 听Maine PayPort will assess a 2.5% service fee for each transaction; however, all transactions that are $40 or less will only be charged a $1.00 fee.

Please Note:听Overdue taxes may听NOT听be paid using this service and must be paid at the Town Office.

To pay your bill, you will need the account number located on your tax bill and a valid credit card. 听If you are unsure of your account number, or the amount owed, you can call the Town Clerk's Office at (207) 222-1670.

Recreation Program听Registration Online

Vehicle Registration Renewal Online

The Town of 美媛馆 participates in the Rapid Renewal Program offered through the State of Maine.听Only vehicles that have been previously registered can be re-registered through this site. 听All registrations for newly purchased vehicles must be done in the Town Clerk鈥檚 Office.
